Early Gander airport operations 1939

The administrator of the airport was H.A.L Pattison, Airport Aerodrome Control Officer http://www.ganderairporthistoricalsociety.org/_html_thirtys/Pattison.htm. In charge of Radio Communications Operations was RAF S/L Frank Ratcliffe. Chief Meteorologist was Dr. McTaggart-Cowan.
